If you need to return or exchange a product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. All items must be unused and in their original packaging and unopened. We will process your return or exchange as soon as we receive the item that you are returning. Because of hygiene, we cannot accept any items that are used or tampered with.
For our body care products, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.
