We take great pride in our products and want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Hygiene Policy: Due to the nature of beauty and body care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions

Ship the item back to us in its original packaging

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@orenshallc.com with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.
